Mehdi Ezzati

Mehdi Ezzati (Chaharqaleh) is an Iranian artist who works in the fields of writing, directing and stage design.
He was born on 27 October 1981. Mehdi Ezzati has a BA in stage design from the Faculty of Fine Arts of Tehran University and a MA in program production from the Iran’s national radio and television University.
He became interested in literature when he was a teenager. From that time, he participated in the meetings of Soroush Noujavaan magazine and published stories in Soroush Noujavaan magazine, Keihan Bachaha, Soroush Javan and generally humorous notes in Jaame Jam newspaper.
His first collection of stories, called Esfand was published by Asr Publishing House in 2000 when he was only eighteen years old. After entering the university, he experienced various activities in theater and television. But most of his activities are in the field of writing, directing and stage design.
